In comparison with traditional brick outer leaf, our single-skin proposal adds only 2 kN/m of vertical load per storey, which does not require any increase in size of the already designed foundations or additional podium slab depth.

Our design allows the single skin precast panesls to be fully self-supporting and structurally independent during installation. This allows facade erection to proceed in parallel with the main structure, eliminating programme conflicts and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted construction.

Crane lifts the panel, site crew guides it into position. No scaffolding, no wet trades, no complex sequencing. Installation can be completed in a single day.
