Unique Connection Detail
Proprietary fiber-composite pin connectors — no anchor bolts, no drilling, no relieving angles and no stainless steel brackets are required. Panels are connected to the structure without creating thermal bridges or corrosion risk.
Factory-Made Precision

Panels can be designed and manufactured up to 14 metres long — fewer joints, fewer connections, less that can go wrong. Longer panels mean faster installation and a cleaner facade finish.
Average factory production rate of 100m² per day. Consistent, weather-independent output that keeps the programme on track regardless of site conditions.
Windows, doors, and balcony brackets are pre-installed at the factory before delivery. One crane lift per panel — 200% fewer lifts compared to traditional construction.

Brick slips are cast in directly into the panel at the factory. No bricklayers needed on site. Clean, consistent finish with no protruding features — bricks and facade in one flat line.
Factory-controlled environment means millimetre tolerances, not centimetre. Every panel identical to the drawing. No variance from site workmanship or weather conditions.

Why Single Skin
In comparison with traditional brick outer leaf, our single-skin proposal adds only 2 kN/m of vertical load per storey, which does not require any increase in size of the already designed foundations or additional podium slab depth.

Our design allows the single skin precast panesls to be fully self-supporting and structurally independent during installation. This allows facade erection to proceed in parallel with the main structure, eliminating programme conflicts and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted construction.

Crane lifts the panel, site crew guides it into position. No scaffolding, no wet trades, no complex sequencing. Installation can be completed in a single day.
